VENDOR SETUP: Vendor set up day is Wednesday from 8:00 AM till 10:00 PM. Thursday thru Saturday the gates are only open from 7:00 AM till 10:00 AM. For the safety of all vendors, patrons and visitors all vehicular gates will be closed from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the meet, no exceptions. They will reopen at 5:00 PM for late-arriving vendors to set up. This rule has been in effect for many years. It will be enforced. Late arriving vendors will be allowed in at 5:00 PM. Please plan ahead.
RISING OPERATIONAL COST: Due to increases in our cost for security, golf carts, radios, trash hauling, Texas Motor Speedway, printing and the list goes on, in 2023 Pate will have to raise its base space rental price by $10.00 per space for the 2023 meet. This will still place us at a rate lower than most other major swap meets around the country. Pate is still a deal when you consider that we don’t charge admission to visitors (your customers) plus we provide free parts hauling.
VENDOR ADVERTISING: Vendors are reminded that they can get cheap advertising in the printed version of the "Pate Times" that is handed out at every gate during the meet. Also, they can get free advertising in the "Pate Times Online" once a swap meet space is purchased. Look in our webpage for detailed information about "Pate Times Online."

Our real-time Space Selector will show all available spaces in the entire venue live and in real-time. Available spaces will be shown shaded as green polygons and can be selected with a click. Click once to select one or more spaces and click them again to deselect them if you change your mind. If a Vendor Space is not shaded in green and cannot be selected, the Vendor Space has been already purchased by someone else and is NOT available.
The Space Selector map is driven directly from our Vendor Space Database and it is updated in real-time with all recent sales every time the page is viewed or refreshed so it is continuously accurate.
You can order Vendor Spaces online in self-service 24x7.
During December, the Registrar's phones will be open from 7 AM CST to 7 PM CST on regular weekdays and from 1 PM CST to 7 PM CST on weekends. The phones may be very busy during the holidays. If you call and get the Registrar's voicemail message, be sure to leave a message. All messages will be returned at the first opportunity and in the order received.
Ordering Pate Vendor Spaces In Self-Service
Use the Space Selector map to select the spaces you wish to purchase. It is located in the "Vendor" menu in our primary navigation across the top of the page. It can also be reached by clicking on the button below.
The map zooms in and out using the "+/-" buttons on the left side of the map. The map also pans left and right as well as up and down by putting your cursor anywhere on the map, holding down your left mouse button and dragging the map to a new location.
Click on any space you wish to purchase. You can select one space or as many as you wish and in any configuration you wish.
In the upper right-hand of the map itself, you will find a small, square, green arrowhead icon pointing to the left. If you click on the arrowhead, a window will roll out to display a list of all of the spaces you have selected along with their full-text descriptions. Clicking the arrowhead icon again will put the list away.
Once you complete your selection, click the large green button in the top right corner of the page to add your selected spaces to a Shopping Cart. Once spaces have been added to a Cart, the spaces will be temporarily held for you for up 10 minutes while you complete your shopping for Private Toilets or Car Corral tickets. When you are finished shopping, click the "Checkout" button to finish your order. In Checkout, the hold on your selected spaces will be extended for an additional 15 minutes for you to complete your order and pay for your spaces.
If you do NOT complete your order with the "hold" period, the hold will expire and the spaces will be returned to the open pool for selection by others. The holds will prevent anyone less from selecting and purchasing the spaces while you have a reasonable time to checkout.
To finish your order, complete the checkout process and pay with a credit card or debit card. Once you complete the final payment, our system will automatically and immediately add the new spaces to your account. It is easy and painless.
