Registrar's Policies of the Pate Swap Meet

The Registrar's Policies of the Pate Swap Meet will define the standard policies and procedures governing the sales of Pate Vendor Spaces and Car Corral Tickets of the Pate Swap Meet.

Authority of the Registrar

The Registrar of the Pate Swap Meet shall define all of the standard policies and procedures governing the sales of Pate Vendor Spaces and Car Corral Tickets of the Pate Swap Meet. The Registrar shall publicly publish the Registrar's Policies to pateswapmeet.com and amended the policies from time to time to reflect recent updates. The Registrar is the final arbiter of all of the standard policies and procedures governing the sales of Pate Vendor Spaces and Car Corral Tickets of the Pate Swap Meet and all rulings by the Registrar are final and binding. The Registrar may formally appoint "Agents" to work on Registrar business on the Registrar's behalf with such powers and authorities as the Registrar sees fit to provide.

PateOnline CMS, PateWorld GIS and pateswapmeet.com

Pate Swap Meet, L.L.C. operates pateswapmeet.com which functions as a frontend to the PateOnline Content Management System (CMS) and the PateWorld Geographic Information System (GIS). The unified systems are specifically designed to provide highly reliable information on Pate Vendors and Pate Vendor Spaces via its real-time databases. The information presented by the unified systems is considered authoritative in all respects.

Refunds for Pate Vendor Spaces Sales

We will provide full refunds for Pate Vendor Space Sales when asked in writing or "Contact Us" form submission provided that we receive such requests by 5:00 pm Central Time the Tuesday before the Pate Swap Meet opens on Wednesday. Refunds will result in the cancelation of the Vendor's Space Order and termination of all rights of renewal for the spaces on the canceled order. Canceled spaces will be returned to the Pate Vendor Space Inventory for sale. For spaces purchased by credit card, refunds will be made to the Vendor's credit card account. For spaces purchased by check or money order, refunds will be made by check mailed to the Vendor.

Rollovers for Pate Vendor Spaces Sales

If a Pate Vendor has purchased spaces for the Pate Swap Meet and is unable to attend, we will grant a "rollover" of the spaces for the next swap meet. We will retain the Vendor's fees for the spaces and mark the same spaces as sold for the next swap meet. Requests for rollovers will be granted when asked in writing or "Contact Us" form submission provided that we receive such requests by 5:00 pm Central Time the Tuesday before the Pate Swap Meet opens on Wednesday. For spaces rolled over to the next year, the Pate Swap Meet will place the rolled-over spaces in a special One-Year Space Inventory for sale in the current swap meet but offered without renewal rights.

Space Swaps

When requested by a Pate Vendor, the Registrar will endeavor to move the Pate Vendor's spaces to other available and open spaces in the Pate Vendor Space Inventory. Space Swaps will have no charge if the Space Swap is on a like-kind-for-like-kind basis (regular spaces for regular spaces and corner spaces for corner space). The only charges (positive or negative) will be if the spaces swapped change types (regular spaces for corner spaces or corner spaces for regular spaces.) Space Swaps can be on a permanent basis (with renewal rights attached) or a one-year basis (with no renewal rights attached. The Registrar makes no promise or guarantee of available spaces for any requested swap.

Vendor-Requested Reassignment of Pate Vendor Spaces

A Pate Vendor may request the Registrar to reassign all or a portion of their Pate Vendor Spaces or renewal rights to another party. Reassignment requests from the Pate Vendor currently hold the spaces to be reassigned must be documented in writing or electronic communications sent to the Registrar.

Necessary Reassignment of Pate Vendor Spaces

From time to time it may be necessary, in the sole judgment of the Registrar, to move a Pate Vendor from their registered spaces and assign new spaces. Examples of such occurrences include (but are not limited by), clerical errors and changes in the venue layout that change or eliminate Vendor Spaces. In such cases, the Registrar will endeavor to work with the Pate Vendor to make any required change as painless as possible. If the Pate Vendor's desires cannot be accommodated, the Pate Swap Meet will refund Pate Vendor Spaces in full and terminate the Pate Vendor's purchase of the Pate Vendor Spaces.
