Vendor Access to the Swap Meet

Access by the vendors into the Texas Motor Speedway is from Interstate 35W, Exit 72 or from Texas Highway 114.  Entry to the swap meet area is through Gates 2, 4, 6 and 8 off of Lone Star Circle.  The Vendor Stickers are color coded to each of the four vendor access gates: Gate 2, (Color Green) stickers only for access to Zones 3 and 3A; Gate 4, (Color Coral) stickers only for access to Zones 2 and 2A, Gate 6, (Color Yellow) stickers only for access to Zones 1, and 1A and Gate 8, (Color Blue) stickers only for access to Zone 0.  Each of the gates along Lone Star Circle will have a vertical flag in the color associated with that gate’s zones to facilitate access identification by vendors traveling along Lone Star Circle.  Vendors who plan to purchase their spaces on site or need to pick up their already purchased vendor space package need to stop first at Pate Registration.  Pate Registration is located on the east side of the track (midway along the backstretch of the main track) off of Lone Star Circle.  Lone Star Circle is a one-way street running counterclockwise around the main track, so it would be easier going to Registration by exiting onto the Texas Motor Speedway off of Highway 114.

Windshield Stickers

Your Vendor package will include your color-coded windshield stickers with your space number(s).  A sticker shall be attached inside the windshield to the driver’s side of every vehicle driven into the swap meet area.  Please place the sticker below the sun tinting so that the sticker can be read from the outside.  Your sticker is good for admittance into only ONE entry gate.  You will not be admitted if the sticker is not in place.  Every vehicle parked in a space within the swap meet or car corral must have a sticker.

Swap Meet Spaces

Swap meet spaces are not assignable except at the amount paid at time of purchase.  Your space(s) will be designated with a numbered marker in each space.  Your displays must be kept within the boundaries of your space(s).  Purchase of a Pate Swap Meet vendor space entitles the purchaser to use that space in its entirety.  The standard Pate Swap Meet space is 9’x18’, the Big Lot space is 25’x100’, and the Midway Space is 25’x50’.  The corners of these spaces are marked on the ground, and the perimeter of these spaces extends vertically.  If the corners of a space are in question, notify the Pate Swap Meet HQ or Security personnel.  Any intrusion into someone else’s space or into the street is a violation of Pate Rules and must be corrected.  Failure to abide by this rule may result in expulsion from the Swap Meet.  Vendors must vacate their spaces by noon on Sunday.  All parts left unattended after noon on Sunday are subject to removal by the cleanup crews.  Vehicles or other items left in an unauthorized space will be removed at owner’s expense.
